Paola is a passionate advocate for leadership excellence, helping small and medium-sized business owners build high-performing teams and sustainable growth strategies. With nearly two decades of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and human resources, she specializes in equipping business leaders with the tools and skills to grow personally and achieve their business goals.
As Chief Executive Officer, Paola leverages her expertise to design leadership programs tailored to the unique challenges of growing businesses. She has successfully guided entrepreneurs and leadership teams in optimizing their people strategies, improving employee engagement, and fostering cultures of accountability and innovation.
Paola holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing from Pace University. She is also certified in leadership training and oaching from Texas A&M
University, and John Maxwell Leadership. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resources Management. Her in-depth experience and accolades have helped Paola understand what it takes to develop strong, adaptable leaders in today’s competitive business environment. Her hands-on, results-driven approach empowers business owners to scale their companies while building teams that thrive.
